The largest butter sculpture is 1,849.68 kg (4,077 lb 13.54 oz), and was achieved by Sharon BuMann (USA) in Dallas, Texas, USA, on 28 September 2013.

Sharon, an artist from Central Square, New York, traveled to Texas to create a massive butter version of Big Tex, the iconic 55-tall statue that's become a symbol of the State Fair of Texas and the state as a whole.
