The most pull ups in 24 hours (female) is 4,081 and was achieved by Paula Gorlo (Poland), in Bialystok, Poland, on 8-9 September 2021.

Paula loves sport and exercisa and wanted to test the possibilities of the body with this attempt. She was able to surpass the previous record - which had not been broken since 2016 - by over 300 pull ups.
