The most pull ups in 24 hours (female) is 7,079 and was achieved by Olivia Vinson (Australia) in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, on 29-30 March 2025.

Olivia spent 12 months training towards this attempt. She had previously injured herself during an earlier attempt at breaking the record.

She tapered her pull-ups as she went, starting with a higher rep range in the initial hours and dropping down to 3s and 2s towards the end. This helped her to maintain the required form.
