The most hat flicks from foot to head in one minute is 22, and was achieved by K.Gokulnath (India) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India on 11 July 2020.

Gokulnath has been studying flow arts for past ten years, with a special interesting in juggling with balls, clubs and hats. This gave Gokulnath the idea to attempt for Guinness World Records title. Gokulnath trained for three hours a day in order to achieve a record worthy attempt. Gokulnath would like to inspire a self confidence in those people who are struggling with mental health during the current pandemic.
