The most double under skips in one hour (male) is 5,571, and was achieved by Tiji Prahyudi Mudjono (Indonesia), in Bandung, Indonesia, on 16 March 2024.

Tiji was always jumping rope as part of his cardiovascular training but after years of training he managed to increase his endurance little by little until he was confident he could achieve the record.

He is excited to dedicate this record to his home country of Indonesia.
