The most medals won at the Winter Olympic Games by an individual is 13 by Ole Einar Bjorndalen (Norway) in biathlon from 1998–2014. Ole Einar Bjorndalen won one gold and one silver in Nagano in 1998, four golds in Salt Lake City in 2002, two silvers and a bronze in Turin in 2006, one gold and one silver in Vancouver in 2010 and most recently two golds in Sochi in 2014.
