Largest mixed-use indoor theatre

The largest mixed-use indoor theatre is The Philippine Arena with a seating capacity of 51,929 people, achieved by Iglesia Ni Cristo (the Church of Christ) for New Era University (Philippines), in Ciudad de Victoria, Philippines, on 21 July 2014.

The seating capacity can be further expanded on the stage floor, bringing the overall capacity to approximately 52,500 depending on the type of stage and seats required for the event. A further 50,000 spectators can also be accommodated outside the main building to share in major events. Designed by Populous, the theatre measures 220 m (721 ft 9 in) by 160 m (524 ft 11 in) and reaches 55 m (180 ft 5 in) from ground. The entire site is approximately 99,000 m² (1,065,627 ft²) and includes also a sports complex, a medical centre and a hotel.
