The heaviest weight lifted while hanging suspended by the teeth is 101.3 kg (223 lb 5.25 oz) and was achieved by Leonardo Costache (Romania), in Bucharest, Romania, on 16 August 2020.

Leonardo specialises in teeth hanging and had sports specialists around him to weigh the weights, as well as to measure the distance the weights were lifted (they had to reach at least 10 cm (3.93 in) above the ground!).
