Most rollercoasters ridden in 24 hours

The greatest number of different roller coasters ridden in a 24 hour period is 74, by Philip A Guarno, Adam Spivak, John R Kirkwood and Aaron Monroe Rye (all USA) on 9 August 2001. The four rode coasters in 10 parks in four US states, using helicopters to travel between them. The event, called "East Coasters for Kids" raised $40,000 (£28,200) for the Children's Miracle Network.
