The most chest to ground burpees in one minute (female) is 27, and was achieved by Nahla Beard (USA) in Iwakuni, Armed Forces Pacific, USA, on 14 August 2021.

Nahla prepared for the attempt by doing HIIT workouts involving lots of burpees for three months until she was able to consistently do them in one minute.
